It is registered officially in Turkey under the number of 734-260/140 on the date of 28-04-2020. In spite of all the challenges facing ŞAM GÜLÜ organization, we are still there and we will keep working for our goals, ŞAMGÜLÜ is proud of its working team who work on supporting the rights of the people to help them on staying in their land and face all the difficulties.

Donate Now Dear friends, Yesterday morning we woke up with the shocking news that the earthquake in the region of northern Syria/Turkey has caused severe damage. In addition to the southern Turkish border regions, the Idlib region and the surrounding area of Aleppo are particularly hard hit. Especially the regions where millions of internally displaced Syrians have sought refuge, where the living conditions were already disastrous before the earthquake. The consequences of the earthquake are still difficult to foresee. All of our project employees on site are currently reporting to us that attempts are being made to rescue people from the buried buildings, many people have once again lost their homes or shelters. Above all, there is a lack of heavy equipment for salvage. And time is ticking for many people who are still hidden in the rubble. International aid must quickly deliver heavy equipment here. Due to the political situation in northern Syria and the Russian blockade in the Security Council, international aid organizations are unable to use many Turkish-Syrian border crossings, and help is coming into the country very slowly and with great difficulty. This makes it all the more important to use and support the Syrian NGOs and networks already active on the ground. With Syrian partner organizations we are now trying to organize help as quickly as possible and to bring donations into the country, e.g. to be able to help the families with food packages or warm meals. We hope for your support! It is imperative that we come together to help those in need. Every little contribution can go a long way in providing relief and support to the affected families. Whether it be through monetary donations or spreading awareness about the situation, every effort counts. Let us not forget that amidst the chaos and destruction, there are still human lives at stake, and it is our duty to do everything in our power to help them. ŞAM GÜLÜ DERNEĞİ, a non-governmental organization (NGO), recognized this pressing issue and launched a project to support maternity and pediatric hospital in northern Syria.
